Yes, we accept orders from US, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand

 

Do you take custom orders? 

Most of our handmade products are customisable, so feel free to write us a message with the details of what you want and we'll see if we are able to help you

 

Do you accept other types of payment?

We accept debit card, credit card and Pay Pal

 

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalised messages? 

All our products are gift wrapped and we can add personalised messages. We are happy to include a note if you are shipping directly to the gift recipient, just let us know what you want it to say

 

How can I contact you and how long will it take to reply?  

You can send me a message through the contact form. Our aim is to answer all queries within 24 hours

 

How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

Standard airmail and first class delivery does not include a tracking number. If you don't receive your order within 14 days of delivery, please contact us, we gladly give you a refund

 

I received a product and it is damaged, what do I do now?

If on the rare occasion this happens please do not use the product. Email us ASAP with an image of the damaged item to arrange a replacement of the product or a refund

 

Where are your products made?

All ou products are digitally printed in the UK and made by hand in our studio in the North West of England

 

How do I take care of my scarf?

The scarves and pocket squares are easy to care for. To take care of your scarf wash it by hand with a mild detergent in cold water, rinse well and extend over a towel to dry away from direct sunshine. You can iron the scarf in medium heat, but do not steam it
