Returns Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges, just contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back to us within two weeks of delivery. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems with your order.


Conditions of return:

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.

We can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Processing time:

The time we need to prepare an order is from 3 to 5 days unless otherwise stated.


Estimated shipping times:

North America: 6-12 business days

Europe: 5-10 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 6-14 business days

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. 


Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


Privacy policy:

We will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information

• To communicate with you about your order

• To fulfil your order

• For legal reasons (like paying taxes)

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.


The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
